The REM (Réseau express métropolitain) is one of the most ambitious public transit projects in North America. Fully automated, it aims to transform travel in the greater Montreal metropolitan area, offering a fast, reliable, and sustainable alternative to the car. At Pulsar, our role is clear: to ensure the operation and maintenance of the network. Behind the scenes, our teams work day and night to ensure the smooth running of the service, whether it rains, snows, or shines. Pulsar is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all REM infrastructure and equipment, including vehicles, tracks, traction power supply, 26 stations, and two maintenance centers.
