About PT Samindo Resources Tbk

The footsteps of PT Samindo Resources Tbk in the coal industry nationwide had been pioneered long before the establishment of the holding company of coal mining services. Before the amalgamation into PT Samindo Resources Tbk, all subsidiaries had been in the domestic coal industry business. It has been more than sixteen years the subsidiaries were entrusted to administer the coal mine owned by PT KIDECO Jaya Agung located in East Kalimantan. In 2012, PT Samindo Resources Tbk conducted another corporate action by having Right Issue II. The proceeds of such corporate action is utilized to acquire PT Trasindo Murni Perkasa, PT Samindo Utama Kaltim and PT Mintec Abadi.
