About PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk

Established with the name PT. Indonesia Lease Corporation (Indo Lease) on September 20, 1972. Over time, it underwent several name changes to PT. Mitra Pradityatama Leasing (1988), PT. Niaga Leasing Corporation (1995), PT. Niaga Leasing (2000), and PT. Niaga Indovest Finance (2001). Based on deed of announcement of meeting No. 39 dated December 13, 2005, the name was changed to PT HD Finance and obtained permission for the name change based on the decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. KEP-012/KM-012/2006 dated June 19, 2006. On May 10, 2011, PT HD Finance conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 460 million shares or equivalent to 29.87% and listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the ticker HDFA. On March 8, 2013, PT HD Corpora and Wealth Paradise Holdings Limited as the main and majority shareholders of PT HD Finance Tbk, transferred 45% of the Company's shares to PT Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT), which then on May 22, 2013, TMT again purchased shares of the Company from the public as a result of the mandatory tender offer of 11.21% so that TMT is the controlling shareholder of PT HD Finance Tbk, owning 55.81% of the total issued and paid-up shares. With the entry of TMT as the new controlling shareholder of the Company, through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) in May 2014, PT HD Finance Tbk was approved to change its name to PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk. In July 2015, TMT's share ownership in the Company increased to 70.78% as a result of the implementation of PUT I Radana Finance through HMETD. The Company is currently headquartered in South Jakarta with Branch Offices spread across Java and Sumatra.
