PT Permata Karya Jasa (Perkasa) is a subsidiary of PT Permata Graha Nusantara (PGN Mas) established on April 29, 2015. The establishment of PT Permata Karya Jasa was motivated by the business potential of managing outsourced labor services in accordance with Ministerial Regulation No. 19 of 2012 concerning the Terms of Subcontracting Certain Work to Other Companies. This was seen as a business opportunity that could be undertaken by a PGN subsidiary to provide added corporate value. To date, Perkasa has contributed by providing skilled personnel who help manage vital national assets and has successfully established a subsidiary named PT Perkasa Abdi Bhuana (Prabhu). As a company within the PGN Group, PT Permata Karya Jasa is committed to maintaining its consistency and integrity as a professional company, serving as a business partner for PGN and other companies by adhering to Good Corporate Governance principles. From 2015 to the present, PT Permata Karya Jasa has successfully expanded its business into several sectors: Oil and Gas Support Services (Oil and Gas Support Services and Technical Contracting Services), Office Support Services (Office Services and Travel Management Services), and Other Services (Training & EO, Management Consulting Services, Chiller Specialist, and BPO Payroll). Its business operations span across the islands of Sumatra, Kalimantan, Java, Sulawesi, and Papua.
