PT Patra Jasa, a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), Indonesia's largest state-owned enterprise, has operated for over 40 years in the hospitality industry. From 1988 to 1992, Pertamina transferred several of its assets to Patra Jasa as capital participation. Patra Jasa has become a leader in the industry and is known as a pioneer in Indonesia's hospitality sector. Through changes to the company's articles of association in 2014, we expanded our business into property and area development. Currently, our workforce of approximately 800 people is ready to provide the quality services and products you need most. We consistently deliver the highest quality standards, and our current business focus is on three pillars: Patra Land, which is involved in property development; Patra Hotels and Resorts, which operates in the hospitality industry; and Patra Services, which focuses on providing multi-services.
