PT. Pacific Indopalm Industries began operations in December 2009, located in Dumai, Riau Province, on the eastern coast of Sumatra Island, Indonesia. The company has invested in state-of-the-art technology for the Palm Oil refinery industry, with a refining capacity of 1,500 MT/DAY, extendable to 1,800 MT/Day, and a fractionation capacity of 1,400 MT/DAY. The plant is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention once operational. PT. Pacific Indopalm Industries has earned ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, and HALAL certificates in a short period and is a member of the RSPO. The company has also invested in a storage and bulking facility with a capacity of 41,000 MT to ensure efficient logistics, catering to the refinery's diverse needs. A fleet of road tankers has been acquired to maintain a continuous flow of CPO from plantations to the refinery. Situated by the seaside, PT. Pacific Indopalm Industries has its own jetty, providing a competitive advantage. The jetty can accommodate large vessels with a loading capacity of up to 50,000 MT and features high bumping capacity to load vessels at a maximum rate of 1,800 MT/HR. These investments ensure minimal loading times compared to other ports, reducing customer costs. PT. Pacific Indopalm Industries generates its own electricity through investment in high-pressure boilers and steam turbines, ensuring a consistent and cost-competitive supply of utilities (steam and electricity). The company proudly utilizes Palm Kernel Shell, an environmentally friendly fuel, for power generation.
