About PT Minori

PT. Minori was established in November 2008 as a form of concern from its founders to contribute to community development in Indonesia through cooperative relations between Indonesia and Japan. With experience living in Japan and working in managerial and engineering roles at Japanese companies, PT. Minori, with its motto "Supporting Manufacture and Human Development," hopes to educate and provide opportunities for Indonesian youth to study and work in Japan through internship programs and others. Starting with only a dozen people sent in the first 3 years, PT. Minori has now successfully sent over 1,000 people per year (or about 100 interns departing each month) to internship programs in almost all fields, with over 2,000 interns currently in Japan. Our mission as a company has not changed: to provide optimal support for Indonesian youth to achieve a better future through diligence and hard work without blaming their surroundings for limitations; and we hope to contribute to their communities and surroundings in the future. To realize this, PT. Minori remains committed to providing the best in the Japan internship program through an easy online registration process from anywhere, objective and efficient recruitment, adequate pre-departure training (average 5-7 months) with all facilities prepared without initial costs, support from Minori Branch staff located in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Okayama and surrounding areas for interns in Japan, and job matching support after the internship program through our company's affiliates. PT. Minori also acknowledges that our organization has many shortcomings, needs to learn, and will continue to learn to keep pace with world developments and face global competition. Through the implementation of the "ISO9001:2015" Quality Management System and internal human resource development, PT. Minori hopes to continue to contribute to the development of Indonesian and Japanese societies.
