The five subsidiaries are PT Bumi Suksesindo, which holds the Mining Business License for Operation Production dated 9 July 2012, PT Damai Suksesindo, which holds the Mining Business License for Exploration dated 10 December 2012, PT Cinta Bumi Suksesindo, PT Beta Bumi Suksesindo, and lastly is PT Merdeka Mining Servis.
