Life at Dekoruma We live by three core values that guide everything we do: 1. Welcoming We create a friendly environment where everyone feels at home. Whether it’s helping new joiners adapt or having open conversations, we make sure everyone feels included and valued. 2. Transparency Clear, honest communication drives us. Everyone knows their role and goals, and we openly share progress and updates—good or bad. Accountability is key. 3. Trust We value action over inaction and take responsibility for our decisions, explaining the "why" behind them. Honest communication and recognizing contributions build strong, collaborative relationships. At Dekoruma, it’s all about teamwork, open conversations, and growing together.
