The first factory, located in Citeureup, West Java, was established in 1992 and began production in 1994. Due to increasing public trust in GRC board products and to meet market demand, a second factory was established in Karawang, West Java, in 2010, and a third factory in Jombang, East Java, began operations in 2020. The technology used is from Japan, with product quality equivalent to international standards. GRC board is a new breakthrough for construction materials with various functional applications such as exterior walls, partitions, ceilings, etc. Our products have been proven to be the best and most economical material for horizontal and vertical building construction. GRC board is made from cement and several supporting materials that are safe for health because it is 100% asbestos-free. As the public's need for GRC board products grows, we have developed the product into several variants: GRC board: Cement board specifically applied for interiors such as ceilings, partitions, or spandrel backing. GRC Superpanel: Cement board with higher density, suitable for exteriors such as cladding, facades, stair treads, and column covers. GRC Super Plank: GRC board trim alternative to wood, stronger against weather, mold, and termites. With a profile/bevel on its sides. Besides being used as baseboards, it can also be used as floor skirting and architraves. GRC Simple Plank: Economical GRC board trim with no profile on its sides, suitable for minimalist designs. GRC Timberplank: GRC board trim with a wood motif, suitable for finishing with paint or varnish to enhance the natural wood color. GRC Deco Plank: GRC board trim with a traditional ethnic motif. GRC Mahoni Plank: GRC board trim highlighting a wood-like texture, suitable as a replacement for wood materials because it is more weather-resistant. GRC Deco Panel: Decorative panel for those who like modern or traditional themed rooms, can be used as partitions, railings, cladding, and ceilings. GRC Super Deck: With a thickness of 20 mm, suitable as a deck/floor, resistant to fire and water, making it more durable with cambered edges. GRC Mahoni Deck: Same application as GRC Super Deck but with a wood-textured surface, resistant to fire, water, and extreme weather. GRC Super Floor: GRC board cement board specifically for floor applications with a thickness of 15 mm and 20 mm without camber on the sides. GRC board's target is end-users who prioritize quality. In addition, the price is quite competitive with several alternative products. GRC board has been proven to be lighter and more economical than bricks for exterior walls, as well as interior wall partitions due to the speed and ease of application, and is a versatile replacement for plywood.
