About Protex Italia

Protex Italia is one of the historic companies of the Protex Group, dedicated to the management of radioactive waste and the remediation of asbestos or other pollutants. The waste and sources are collected directly from the producers, packaged in approved containers, and transported with our own vehicles to the authorized depots in Forlì. Here the materials are managed according to strict criteria, with continuous monitoring throughout the intermediate detention phase, before final disposal at the state facility. The physics and radiochemistry laboratory guarantees the execution of nuclear analyses for every type of matrix. Starting from the nineties, new operational lines have been added to this historic area: remediation, special interventions, decommissioning in nuclear power plants, decontamination of equipment, workplaces, and sites, with services ranging from feasibility studies and risk analysis to the operational management of interventions.
