Founded in 1999, ProRehab is a locally owned private physical therapy practice with over 17 years of experience as one of the region’s preeminent providers of outpatient physical therapy. Our therapists are charged with providing long-lasting outcomes without surgery, medication, or diagnostic imaging to our patients in the Louisville, Evansville, southwest Indiana and western Kentucky areas. The addition of six new clinics in 2015, thanks to partnerships with Louisville’s Apex Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Plus, has allowed us to greatly extend the reach of high-quality physical therapy throughout the Louisville-area. Our clinicians have a wide range of clinical expertise in manual physical therapy, spine care and rehabilitation, general orthopaedic conditions, sports specific injuries, workplace injuries and much more. 100% of our expert practitioners are either board certified or in the process of completing advanced residency, fellowship, or clinical mentoring programs, allowing them to provide the highest standard of care to our patients. Our friendly, caring therapists take their patients’ care personally and are always on standby to offer support. Attuned to the latest evidence-based clinical, service, and compassion research, we combine Clinical Excellence and AmaZing! COMMITMENT TO EDUCATION Becoming a master clinician through Confluent Health is a bilateral commitment. We invest in your development through mentorship and professional education courses along your professional journey. We fund both your participation in the program and the certification examination. In turn, you commit to participate in a mentorship and training program to become eligible for board certification. These programs are done with the national leader in post-professional training, Evidence In Motion (EIM), also part of Confluent Health. All new employees are assigned a mentor for the first 6 months of employment and are assisted in creating a professional development plan within 30 days of hire. At the initiation of your professional certification, residency, or Fellowship program, an additional agreement with a service commitment will be completed. As you become more specialized your compensation grows, through our Academy of Clinical Excellence Program (ACE).
