About ProjetLocatif

ProjetLocatif is a real estate network created by investors for investors. ProjetLocatif is the brainchild of three entrepreneurs with complementary skills who pool their talents to offer you the best in profitable rental investment: Guillaume Lanvin, Robin Eldin, and Pablo Ieraci. Our network consists of independent real estate advisors specializing in real estate investment (nearly 180 as of the end of 2020, spread across France). Coming from diverse backgrounds, they are above all passionate and seasoned investors. They prospect, select, visit, and analyze properties in their area. They make their experience and network available to our client buyers or sellers of rental properties. Our head office is based in Montpellier. Our administrative and commercial team works there. It organizes relations between our team of real estate advisors and the clients who use our services. We operate on the basis of a search or sales mandate, with fees of 8% including tax of the acquisition price invoiced at the notary's office only during the authentic deed (with a minimum of €5900 including tax). Our advisors can rely on the head office team to carry out their transactions safely and legally, with available and responsive support. Our buyer and seller clients are also assured that their acquisition or sale process takes place in a secure and optimal manner. Our innovative platform app.projetlocatif.fr allows us to optimize all the steps necessary for a real estate acquisition by dematerializing everything possible. Thus, everyone can concentrate on tasks with higher added value.
