What is the PTSM? Article 69 of the law modernizing our health system of January 26, 2016, evolves mental health policy and the organization of psychiatry by recognizing the cross-cutting nature of mental health and providing for the implementation in territories of Territorial Mental Health Projects (PTSM) developed by all stakeholders involved in this policy, responding to 6 national priorities. In the Hauts de France region, 8 PTSMs cover the entire territory. The Pas-de-Calais department consists of two PTSMs: PTSM Littoral 62 and PTSM Artois Audomarois. The PTSM Artois Audomarois covers: A territory of 1,054,440 inhabitants. 15 adult general psychiatry sectors. 5 child and adolescent psychiatry sectors. These stakeholders come from the associative world, social, medico-social, health, justice, national education, and the department, all mobilizing to improve care pathways and the mental health of the territory's population. It was in 2016, through the establishment of the Community Psychiatrique de Territoire created by the EPSM Val-de-Lys Artois, the Lens University Hospital Center, the Hénin-Beaumont University Hospital Center, AHNAC with its Psychotherapy Center, and the ARRAS University Hospital Center and territorial actors, that the PTSM was created in 2021. The PTSM Artois-Audomarois is structured around a Steering Committee, which validates the orientations of the working groups. President: Ms. Bénéat-Marlier, Director of EPSM Val de Lys Artois, and the GHT of psychiatry Nord Pas de Calais. Vice-Presidents: Dr. Soubelet, Head of the mental health department at CH Arras and Dr. Péquignot, Head of Department and President of the CME of EPSM VAL de Lys Artois. Six working groups specific to perinatal care, adolescents, adults, the elderly, precariousness, and medical and paramedical attractiveness address the issues.
