Contract Manufacturing As a reliable contract manufacturer, ProChem Group takes over the production of intermediate and final products – from pilot phase to commercial scale. With broad process engineering (including mixing, drying, distillation, particle handling), it offers flexible, scalable solutions and relieves customers of investments and capacity bottlenecks. Custom Synthesis ProChem specializes in customer-specific syntheses – from development through scale-up to production. As a pure service provider without its own products, the focus is entirely on tailor-made solutions, including for complex multi-step syntheses and demanding chemistry. Technologies such as high-pressure reactions (up to 200 bar), low-temperature syntheses (-100 °C), and organometallic chemistry enable the implementation of highly complex processes on an industrial scale. Pharma-CDMO (Small Molecules) Through recent acquisitions, the group is expanding its competencies to become a powerful CDMO for small molecules: from process development and piloting to the production of pharmaceutical intermediates. The result: A flexible CDMO modular system ("any size, any process") – from Kilolab to multi-ton production – for industries such as pharma, fine chemicals, electronics, and specialty chemicals.
