About proBiene - Freies Institut für ökologische Bienenhaltung

proBiene aims to inspire people for natural interrelationships through educational offerings. The bee experiences, with their immediate sensory experiences, create the possibility for evident experiences. By sensitizing people to the effects of consumption and environmental management, a contribution to sustainable education is to be made. ProBiene aims to develop future-proof beekeeping through research and experiments. Our approach is to take up and further develop proven measures of bee culture outside of industrialized beekeeping. The methodology here is not isolated, theoretical individual considerations, but holistic, practice-oriented experiments.
