Established in 2001, Pro-Excel is engaged in property management of the residential, office, mixed-use and estate projects completed by Filinvest Land, Inc., Filinvest Alabang, Inc., Filinvest Cyberparks, Inc., Filinvest Mimosa, Inc., Filinvest Cyberzone Mimosa, Inc., Cyberzone Properties, Inc. and Filinvest Development Corporation, in various locations in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Pro-Excel also offers project start-up, Testing and Commissioning and Thermal Scanning services. It is headquartered at the 3rd Floor, IT Convergence Building, Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
