About Princess Auto

Princess Auto is a private, Canadian-owned company employing over 3600 Team Members, with our Home Office in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We provide hard-working Canadians with a unique assortment of tools and equipment through over 50 stores coast-to-coast, a National Call Centre, and our online store. We serve the tradespeople, farmers, inventors and industrial workers that keep our country going. They are the reason we exist. We aim to provide the tools and equipment they need at an exceptional value, and offer an unrivaled experience backed by our Princess Auto Guarantee: No sale is final until you’re satisfied. That means we will gladly repair, replace, or refund any product to your satisfaction. We mean it. We are also a company that gives back to the community. One way we do this is through The Princess Auto Foundation, which provides financial assistance to skilled trades students enrolled at Canadian Colleges. You can always count on us to help you find ways to make stuff work.
