Founded by two IIT Delhi alumni, Aman Verma and Chitranshu Mahant, Primebook isn’t just a product line; it’s a growing movement to level the digital playing field. At the centre of all Primebook laptops lies PrimeOS, our custom, in-house operating system based on Android, purpose-built for laptops. It powers an experience that’s simple and flexible like Android, but powerful like a PC. That means you can get full-screen Android apps that feel at home on a laptop, keyboard + trackpad support and multi-window multitasking, a dedicated browser and desktop-style file manager, over 50,000 apps available via our own Prime App Store, Cloud PC access to stream full Linux or Windows environments, in built AI assistant, powered by Gemini, and AI-Powered global search features, a beginner-friendly offline coding tool called PrimeCoding, and keymapping support for mobile-first apps and games.
