PowerMind was founded by Paweł Maksymczak, who has over 20 years of experience in IT. He has been a developer, sales support consultant, and PO. He spent a decade building a delivery branch at Sii, growing it to a team of 600. He then served as VP of People at ClearScale, an AWS Premier Partner in the US, focusing on the hiring side of a cloud practice. He has experience as an engineer, a vendor, and a buyer, which is the foundation of our "built by IT people, for IT people" philosophy.
