At Power Plus Tutoring, we believe every child can thrive when given the right support. Since 2016, we have provided one-on-one academic support, specialized reading intervention, executive function coaching, and test preparation to elementary through high school students across South Miami, Coral Gables, and Pinecrest — and now online. We are a women-led company built on collaboration, empathy, and respect for our tutors as valued professionals. Our tutors are the heart of what we do, and we support them accordingly. We offer competitive pay ($25–$50 per hour depending on role and credentials), flexible scheduling that works around your life, and students matched thoughtfully to your strengths. Our leadership team handles scheduling and family communication, and provides training, materials, and ongoing guidance — you're never on your own. Many of our tutors are certified teachers, learning specialists, and graduate students balancing careers, families, and personal goals. We respect your time, value your expertise, and celebrate the unique perspective you bring to students' lives. We look for compassionate, skilled educators who love working with students — subject tutors, certified teachers, Orton-Gillingham and Lindamood-Bell certified specialists, and executive function coaches.
