Positec Technology (China) Co., Ltd, established in 1994 in Suzhou, is a progressive, innovative company offering research and development, manufacturing, and marketing of Power Tools. Positec has established 11 overseas subsidiaries in the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Benelux, Brazil, and other locations. It has an R&D center in its Suzhou headquarters and two overseas R&D organizations. It also has two manufacturing bases: Positec Technology in SIP and Positec Zhangjiagang. The products of Positec include professional, garden, and domestic tools. The market range is broad, covering the high-price and mid-price market. Positec’s customers are widespread, located in more than 100 countries or regions. Since 1999, Positec has successfully built a strong marketing network within the global power tool industry. Sales channels include many well-known international retailers, such as Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Sears, B&Q, Argos, Castorama, Homebase, and OBI. Positec follows a multi-level and multi-brand strategy and has registered its own brands in around 80 countries or regions. It is selling its branded products in more than 50 countries or regions, especially its new brand WORX, and its acquired brand ROCKWELL, which was purchased abroad and has been very well accepted in the professional and high-price power tool markets. In some areas, WORX and Rockwell have surpassed the world's traditional well-known brands.
