About Pollo Engenharia

In 2001, Pollo Engenharia began as a corporate office, delivering small-scale residential and building projects. By 2008, we had earned ISO 9001 and PBQP-H certifications, solidifying our professionalism and dedication. By 2014, we had become one of the largest developers in the real estate sector in southern Minas Gerais, with completed projects in Poços de Caldas, Itajubá, Campinas, Alfenas, and Varginha. Since then, focusing on the private residential and commercial sectors, particularly mid- to high-end buildings, we have become a benchmark for quality and punctuality. We have delivered over 1,000 units and have approximately 350 units under construction. In 2020, we launched three new developments in the region: Neo Santa Luiza in Varginha, SkyVision Avenida in Itajubá, and Áurea Santos Dumont in Poços de Caldas. We believe that creating the new guides us! We seek unique and exclusive experiences.
