About 株式会社Plott

Plott Inc. is an entertainment venture company that produces and distributes IP content on YouTube. With the mission of "Let's amaze the world with serious play," our self-produced and managed YouTube animation "Teikou Penguin" has surpassed 1 million channel subscribers and 30 million monthly views. We believe that when creators enjoy making things more than anyone else, interesting things are born and can entertain viewers. To achieve this, we have adopted a holacracy system that is not top-down, aiming for an organization where people can always work as if they are playing. If you want to create anime freely! If you want to nurture IP! If you want to maximize your creativity! We would be happy to have a conversation with you.
