Welcome to Pleyade. Seniors can count on us for loving care and support. We offer this both at home and at our sixteen locations in Arnhem, Elst, de Liemers, and Renkum. Our more than sixteen hundred dedicated employees and six hundred committed volunteers support clients and residents so they can live their lives as much as possible according to their own wishes. Support in every phase. You and your loved ones can always turn to us with a concrete need for help, care, or support, and with questions about the consequences of aging. In addition to help from Pleyade Home Care and temporary care from Pleyade Rehabilitation, we offer you a new home in one of our residential and care locations if living independently is no longer possible. A pleasant, safe, and familiar environment with 24-hour care and guidance: from light support to intensive guidance and treatment for complex care needs. Your life, your choices.
