Plastik MP, created in 1993, specializes in the manufacturing of plastic parts by thermoforming. In order to offer our clients the best value they can obtain, we have implemented the measures and procedures required by ISO certification. The passion for cutting-edge technology has driven us to equip ourselves with high-performance systems and processes to meet the most complex requirements of our clients. Plastik MP has acquired an original system for controlling thermoforming using infra-red scanners, allowing production to maintain constant and uniform heat throughout the plastic sheet being molded. This results in a higher quality finished product, an almost zero rejection rate, and a uniform production pace. The in-house design and manufacturing of molds, tools, and cutting jigs ensure better quality control of the equipment and a reduction in manufacturing times and costs; manufacturing robots perform high-precision secondary operations while maintaining tight tolerances. Our facilities allow us to mold large-dimension parts, offering flexibility for large-scale projects.
