About Place Partnership

Place Partnership Ltd is a young property services company set up specifically to deliver significant value and savings through real estate to our public sector partners; Worcestershire County Council, Warwickshire Police, West Mercia Police, Redditch Borough Council, Hereford & Worcester Fire Authority and Worcester City Council. We are proud to be the first multi-agency joint property vehicle of its kind in the UK, delivering a range of diverse property services functions including strategic asset management, property management, facilities management, project management and energy management. Developed from the One Public Estate programme, the establishment of Place Partnership has been sponsored by the Government Property Unit in recognition of its capacity to create a step change in the way public sector property portfolio can be managed. Place Partnership started trading on 1st September 2015.
