(PREC) was founded on 26th March 2012 as a special entity to maintain the commercial assets of Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) and turn them into high yielding-properties. PREC intends to help boost cash flow and yields from its commercials assets and also streamline asset management and operations. The company's diversified real estate portfolio primarily includes investment, asset management, retail management, and advisory. PREC leverages of significant asset base, human resources development and management, real estate domain knowledge, product design and development capabilities; and extensive market network to manage real estate and services.
