About Picasso Bistro, Inc.

Located in Salcedo Village, Makati, our restaurant group brings a refined slice of European culinary culture to the local scene. Based at the Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences, we operate two distinct, harmonious concepts with a team of over 50 professionals: Pablo Bistro: A MICHELIN Guide-selected destination showcasing contemporary Spanish-Mediterranean cuisine, premium steaks, and curated wines in a sophisticated ambiance. Cartel Deli: A vibrant café-deli-bar concept blending artisan coffee, freshly baked pastries, and high-quality Spanish charcuterie. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, a fast-paced environment, and a supportive workplace culture built on true autonomy.
