Phoenix Loss Control (“PLC”) is an outsourced services provider to the cable, telecom, and utilities sectors. PLC’s core service is outside plant damage investigation, recovery, and prevention. We help our clients recover the costs of third-party damages to their infrastructure. Phoenix Loss Control has been handling outside plant damage recovery in the telecoms and utility industries for almost 20 years. To date, we have processed over 150,000 claims and recovered over $100 million for our clients. Phoenix handles our clients’ entire third-party damage cost recovery process in-house by investigating the damage, determining the responsible party, assessing the repair costs and processing invoicing, pursuing recovery from the responsible party, remitting payment to our client, and, as needed, managing arbitration, small claims, or litigation.
