Family owned orchard growing apples, peaches, plums & pears since 1852. Dedicated to providing excellent locally grown and produced food products in a sustainable manner for today and the future. Selling fresh fruit in season, sweet apple cider year round, hard cider on tap and bottled, and baked goods made from scratch. We grown 34 varieties of apples, 14 varieties of peaches, 2 varieties of plums and 3 varieties of pears. We press fresh apple cider on a traditional rack & cloth press. We sell the fresh juice jugged for retail sale, and in bulk to customers for fermentation. We also use the fresh juice to produces award winning hard cider. We offer 12 different hard ciders on tap, and approximately 20 kinds bottled. We specialize in producing dry hard ciders that focus on letting the apples shine through. Our bakery operates year round and produces many exceptional products, made from scratch using the finest ingredients available, using locally produced ingredients whenever possible, including flour, sugar, milk, eggs and fruit all from Michigan. We support other local Michigan food producers and artisans. We only sell items that are made in Michigan. We have 1 seasonal and 2 year round locations, with a 3rd year round location opening in late 2024. Phillips Orchards & Cider Mill - at season store is open during 6-7 weeks, on weekends during September and October. Phillips Orchards & Cider Mill : Gatehouse Market - this is our flagship retail store that sells all the products that we produce as well as selected products from other artisan producers in Michigan. Phillips Cider Bar & Market - the focus is on our hard ciders, with 11 on tap and many more available bottled. we also serve our own artisan pizza and small plates to provide an enjoyable experience. Phillips Cider Bar & Pizzeria - (Opening late 2024) the focus here is on our pizza, with a smaller selection of our hard ciders.
