About Pflegeteam Himmel GmbH

Pflegeteam Himmel GmbH has been successfully caring exclusively for adults and children requiring intensive and/or ventilation support in their homes since 2013. Our nursing specialists, with one specialist per shift, independently care for an intensive and/or ventilation-dependent client of any age group in their own home. To ensure 24-hour care, we work in shifts (usually 12 hours), far from time pressure and assembly-line nursing. Extraclinical intensive care is the path to great job satisfaction: Independence, self-responsibility, and co-determination are essential aspects that shape the profession of an intensive care specialist and make it so attractive in daily practice. Those who enjoy caring for and looking after people with time and attention are in good hands with us. Through 1:1 care, our employees can optimally respond to the needs and wishes of their patients: they not only have enough time for care, but also to get to know the person in need of care, which promotes much stronger interaction and thus a deeper understanding of the situation of the client being cared for – not only in terms of nursing care, but especially in human terms. We perform the necessary nursing activities and accompany them through everyday life, including concert visits or even supervised holidays. Together for more quality of life means helping seriously ill people to lead a self-determined life despite their illness.
