Perville Construtora

About Perville Construtora

We are a complete construction company, with a qualified team of engineering, technology, and in-house production of precast concrete parts. We use the Lean Construction methodology to execute works agilely, without delays, and with a high standard of quality. We operate comprehensively, from the project's inception, managing the entire execution process of the work, with rigorous management until the handover of keys, including the execution of all necessary infrastructure for the client's operations to begin. The handover of our works occurs after meticulous verification and adaptation of the projects, ensuring they align with what was executed on-site. This stage, also known as As Built, contributes to the longevity of the work, with the delivery of updated construction documentation at the end of the project. Furthermore, Perville has its own Post-Construction team for the entire warranty period. To ensure legal compliance and social responsibility, Perville has a rigorous process for selecting and maintaining contracted suppliers, admitting only companies that respect labor and tax laws, whether at the municipal, state, or federal level. Fast construction for demanding clients. We are recognized for fulfilling our commitments. Our team of specialists works alongside the client to meet the project's requirements throughout its execution, contributing to the success of the companies that trust us. According to the latest satisfaction survey conducted in January 2024, 100% of our clients would recommend us to a friend. This data reinforces the brand's commitment to the market and places the client at the center of its operations.
