Every child is unique, yet most schools are built for convenience, not children. In traditional classrooms of 25–30 students, learning is standardised: the same lesson, the same pace, the same expectations, regardless of who a child is or how they learn. PEP Schoolv2 exists to change the structure of schooling itself. We believe children learn best when they are known, when there is time to observe them closely, trust them deeply, and respond to where they truly are. When learning is unhurried, joyful, and connected to the real world, children don’t just perform better, they begin to love learning. That belief is why we teach in classes of six. Small groups are not a feature at PEP Schoolv2; they are the foundation that makes individual growth, joy, and mastery possible. PEP Schoolv2 is built by educators and professionals committed to reimagining education at its roots. Our founding team brings experience from IIT Madras, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, and organisations including Amazon and McKinsey & Co. We are a research-driven organisation that invests deeply in excellent educators, thoughtfully designed learning environments, and continuous improvement.
