About People & Purpose

Connecting People & Purpose. Specialist HR recruiters and HR enablers. At People & Purpose, we focus on the people, not the profit. We're redefining recruitment by leading with purpose and empowering both the candidate and the organisation at every step. We partner with People and HR leaders in two ways: HR Recruitment. We find HR professionals who fit your team, your culture and the work you actually need done, not just a job title on paper. From specialist contractors to permanent hires, we recruit HR people because HR is all we do. Outplacement & Career Transition. When roles change or restructures happen, we support your exiting staff with real career guidance, coaching and practical tools. It protects your people, your brand and the trust of the team who stay. The result is recruitment and transition that treats people like people. Better hires, smoother change, and a reputation as an employer who does right by its team Want to talk through a hiring need or an upcoming transition? Get in touch.
