We have been specializing in mechanical, electrical, and electronic design and engineering for over 15 years, serving the Machinery, Automotive, Plant & Steel, and Agriculture industries. Our operations extend across Central and Northern Italy, supported by three coordination hubs in Bologna, Milan, and Padua. We strive to be a community of passionate individuals who promote technical knowledge with responsibility and dedication. Our business model is built around professionals working directly at the technical facilities of our partner companies. Our team includes 206 professionals who have chosen to collaborate with us, driven by a desire to grow their expertise and build meaningful careers. At People Design, we aim to be the company where you can DESIGN YOUR FUTURE. We prioritize people and their continuous learning, encouraging them to expand their horizons across diverse projects and industries. We are committed to training and professional development through: People Lab: A dedicated, permanent on-the-job training center based in Bologna. This program combines technical-theoretical training with hands-on case studies, focusing on topics such as industrial automation, product industrialization, construction materials, and medium-heavy steel structures. People Academy: Our approach to training creates a dynamic and engaging environment. Through targeted sessions, we aim to equip our team with new skills that complement their roles, ensuring everyone feels actively involved, motivated, and responsible for their professional growth. Next 2U: A program designed to foster belonging and engagement. This initiative supports our people throughout every stage of their career journey by providing active listening and continuous feedback, helping them feel valued and empowered.
