About Pedra Agroindustrial

Pedra Agroindustrial is an agribusiness company that has been working since 1931 to build a scenario of economic, social, and environmental development that improves people's lives. Its commitment is the continuous development of quality standards in all production processes so that the result of the work performed, in addition to technical and productivity gains, minimizes environmental impacts and values the communities where it operates. Its main activity is the production of ethanol, sugar, and electricity from sugarcane. It has three production units, all in the state of São Paulo: Usina da Pedra, in Serrana; Usina Buriti, in Buritizal and Usina Ipê, in Nova Independência. Associated with Copersucar, a global marketer of sugar and ethanol, the Pedra Agroindustrial group preserves its productive autonomy while being present in a company that operates throughout the sugar and bioenergy business chain.
