About Pawsitive Dawg Walking and Pet Sitting, LLC

Pawsitive Dawg Walking and Pet Sitting is a Waltham, Massachusetts-based pet care company specializing in force-free, fear-free care for dogs and cats. Since 2012, we have built our reputation on dependable service, individualized attention, and a calm, safe experience for both pets and their owners. We provide solo dog walks and work with one family at a time so every pet receives thoughtful, personalized care. We believe exceptional pet care starts with exceptional people. We are looking for team members who genuinely understand the importance of caring for pets because they have experience caring for their own animals. We know that pets are family, and we treat every pet in our care with the same love, patience, and respect we would want for our own. What sets us apart is our commitment to setting our team up for success. We don't expect new team members to simply jump in and figure things out on their own. Every employee participates in an extensive training program designed to build confidence, develop skills, and ensure they understand our force-free, fear-free approach to pet care. Through hands on learning, shadowing opportunities, and ongoing education and professional development, team members gain the knowledge and experience needed to provide outstanding care. In addition to training, we offer a structured mentorship program so no one feels alone in their journey. New team members receive guidance, support, and feedback from experienced mentors who are invested in helping them grow and succeed. Whether it's learning how to handle a challenging situation, understanding pet body language, or building confidence during solo visits, our team is always there to help. When you join Pawsitive Dawg Walking and Pet Sitting, you become part of a supportive, collaborative team that values accountability, compassion, and continuous learning. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with pets and their families, make a positive impact in your community, and grow both personally and professionally while doing work that truly matters.
