Patlexa was founded to dramatically increase the efficiency of common patent litigation tasks. We combine proprietary software, frontier AI models, and highly-trained human experts to provide bespoke patent litigation services. In addition to our core prior art search and invalidity charting services, we handle complex custom litigation research requests for our clients. Our prior art search process is unique, in that it doesn't rely on identifying prior art through keyword search and analyzing a limited number of references. Instead, our approach uses AI to analyze the entire relevant field, resulting in what we believe is the most comprehensive search process available. We employ substantial human attention to ensure high-quality results, and on follow-up/NPL searching, to ensure any disclosure gaps are filled to the extent possible. Our invalidity contentions service combines advanced software, frontier AI models, and human expertise to produce service-quality invalidity charts and cover pleading.
