The Culture Pass is a public interest initiative that offers all young people, via a free, geolocated app, access to a very diverse catalog of cultural offers and venues, as well as an allocation of 20 euros (at 15 years old), 30 € (at 16 and 17 years old) and 300 euros (at 18 years old, valid for two years), to intensify and diversify their cultural and artistic practices. Every young person aged 15 to 20 can therefore use the Culture Pass to cultivate themselves autonomously: deepen or initiate an artistic practice, enjoy cultural venues (cinema, theater, concert halls, museums, etc.), cultural goods (books, comics, vinyl records, musical instruments...), by having new experiences, or even invite friends to share a cultural discovery (duo offers). 3.3 million young people have already benefited from the Culture Pass since its creation. In parallel, a collective component, part of the Artistic and Cultural Education (EAC) policy and the result of close partnership between the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of National Education, Youth and Sports, as well as the Sea, the Army and Agriculture, is directly allocated to educational institutions. Each class, from 6th grade to the final year, is allocated a credit of 25 euros on average per student, intended to finance group artistic and cultural education activities supervised by teachers.
