At Mérignac headquarters: The Welcome To Partedis is a meeting with all headquarters departments to meet your contacts and familiarize you with our culture, how we operate, and our organization. DEVELOP YOUR EXPERTISE TOGETHER Because our employees are a key element of our performance and development, their skills are essential, which is why training is a priority for PARTEDIS. Throughout their careers, our employees receive special attention in the development of their skills, with tailored support and training. Our internal trainer will support you upon arrival and throughout your career to impart the necessary knowledge and skills and to optimally use our business applications. Each year, a training strategy focused on themes defined according to the needs of our employees or the requirements of the job is deployed. Safety training (CACES, SST, etc.) complements our training offer and also represents a significant part of our annual training budget.
