About Parsan

Parsan was founded in 1968 on a 120,000 m2 site in Pendik, Istanbul, with a 28,000 m2 facility. Our newly commissioned Kocaeli-Dilovası facility operates on a 300,000 m2 site with 66,000 m2 of enclosed space. Parsan is an integrated steel forging and machining plant producing forged parts weighing 1 kg to 400 kg in various sizes and shapes, encompassing our tool room, forge, heat treatment, special machining facilities, and assembly lines. We produce many forged and machined parts for the automotive sector, including flanged/unflanged rear axle shafts, kingpins, axles, brake cam shafts, and various arms, as well as engine parts like crankshafts, camshafts, steel pistons, connecting rods, and common rails, for leading European light and heavy commercial vehicle original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Our product range also includes forged parts made from aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and Inconel for the aviation sector, as well as various axles and kingpins, digging teeth, crane and machine parts, and crushers for mining, agriculture, and construction equipment manufacturers. At our Dilovası facility, within 100,000 m2 of enclosed space, we continue production according to customer demands with a 12,800-ton fully automatic heavy-duty forging line, a 5,000-ton fully automatic axle shaft forging line, Turkey's first automatic transfer forging line with 2,500 tons, heat treatment furnaces, a tool shop, and machining workshops. Approximately 85% of Parsan's production is exported to Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Russia, Brazil, Spain, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Austria, the Netherlands, South Africa, and Egypt. Parsan's production of forged parts for the aviation industry once again proves its technological level and reliability. Parsan looks to the future with great hope, believing it has sufficient capabilities to gain a larger share of world markets with its strength, flexibility, and experience.
