PAPILLONS BLANCS DE LA COLLINE

About PAPILLONS BLANCS DE LA COLLINE

We are an association for the aid and support of people with disabilities (autism, severe multiple disabilities, mental/psychic disabilities). Each year, we mobilize for the well-being and fulfillment of over 1000 beneficiaries of all ages. Our action takes various forms (educational support, training, professional integration, housing, leisure organization...) and aims to adapt to each situation. Our strength? The approximately 800 professionals, experts, and committed individuals, both employees and over 300 volunteers, who actively participate in our operations in each of our 48 establishments and services in the Île-de-France region. HR Policy: To ensure our development, we rely on a dynamic HR policy consistent with our values of equity, solidarity, and professionalism. We pay special attention to preserving the meaning of each job and the quality of work life. We are committed to allowing each employee to achieve their potential and progress in their role, with experienced individuals having the opportunity to share their expertise and supervise teams. Our recent graduates also have the choice to build their careers and evolve within different sectors of disability support. Recruitment: We regularly recruit for positions such as specialized educator, educational monitor, educational and social support worker, nurse, psychologist, doctor, psychomotor therapist, speech therapist, etc. We offer permanent contracts (CDI) as well as fixed-term contracts (CDD) for temporary assignments. Finally, we welcome a large number of apprentices each year in our establishments. Recruitment contact: recrutement@papcolline.org
