Company that manages collective funds operating in the automotive sector in Peru since December 26, 1967. Its operations are supervised by the National Supervisory Commission of Companies and Securities (CONASEV). Pandero began by selling only the Volkswagen brand, imported and distributed by the Euromotors group, forming the Pandero Volkswagen business unit. In 2000, the Pandero 4x4 product was created, which currently includes 27 car brands. Pandero Suzuki was launched in 2003. Currently, Pandero Suzuki sells Suzuki, Chevrolet, and Chinese brands, all belonging to the Derco group. Pandero Hyundai was created in 2007 due to increased sales of the brand's models and others related to the Gildemeister group, such as Ford and Mazda. In 2008, Chinese vehicle imports increased, leading to the creation of the fifth business unit, Pandero Fácil. This product aims to provide an opportunity to acquire a new vehicle at a much more accessible price. The brands sold are Chinese, such as Hafei, Changan, Faw, and Geely, as well as certain models from Suzuki and Chevrolet. All are imported and distributed by Derco.
