Since 1999, Panfácil has been innovating by offering a variety of breads and snacks with homemade flavors, standing out for its line of frozen products ready to be baked in markets, bakeries, and gaucho snack bars throughout Brazil. The flagship product is French bread, but there are over 70 items in the portfolio. Everything is made with the main raw material, Panfácil Flour, which is produced by Moinho Estrela, a national reference in wheat milling with over half a century of history. This history gained momentum in 2016 when Panfácil pioneered the inauguration of the most modern factory in the segment in Latin America, in Canoas, RS. Flour is transported pneumatically from Moinho Estrela's silos for 170 meters, through pipelines, directly to Panfácil's silos. From this process, the flour is also automatically conveyed to the continuous dough mixer, unique in Latin America, which is programmed with the exact quantities of ingredients and ideal temperature for dough preparation. Subsequently, it is worked, shaped, frozen, weighed, and packaged without any interference, translating into quality, hygiene, and flavor with the Panfácil brand. The merger of the Moinho Estrela and Panfácil brands represents the union of one of the largest millers in Latin America with a brand that was already a market reference. Thus, in 50 years, a story born from the dream of a small country merchant has become an enterprise that created a new concept of baking, with cutting-edge technology, its own delivery fleet, and highly trained employees. All in the service of flavor and tradition, now named Panfácil Farinhas e Pães Congelados.
