About Oxygen 8 Recruitment

Great science deserves great storytellers and great storytellers deserve to be found by people who actually understand the industry they work in. That's where Oxygen 8 comes in. Oxygen 8 Recruitment is a specialist recruitment and executive search consultancy built exclusively for the Healthcare Media, Medical Publishing, and Pharma Advertising sectors. We don't dabble across every industry going, we live and breathe this one. Why "Oxygen 8"? Because the best communicators are the oxygen of this industry: the invisible, essential force that takes complex science and turns it into ideas people actually engage with. Without them, brands don't breathe, campaigns don't land, and important science stays locked in a lab instead of changing lives. We exist to find that talent and to help that talent find you. We find the right minds
