About OXXO Brasil

Meet OXXO (ó-quis-sô) OXXO is that convenience store chain that was born in Mexico and has already conquered the world. There are over 25,000 stores spread around and, since 2020, also in Brazil. Here, we arrived with everything: bringing the OXXO way of being to transform convenience retail and always be close to you. Our first store was in Campinas and, since then, it has been quite a growth: today we have already surpassed 600 stores in more than 25 cities in São Paulo. Every new corner is another opportunity to get to know our customers better, save the day, and become part of their routine. And it doesn't stop there! Our team grows with us: creative, innovative people who are committed to always improving, because here the focus is 100% on the customer experience. If you also believe that proximity is power, come with us! At OXXO, you can build a career with purpose, impact, and many good stories to tell. Working at OXXO is like... becoming the neighborhood's favorite neighbor. You truly help those in need, with care and respect in every service. You chat with different people every day, because collaboration is part of the routine. You learn by doing, grow quickly, and have space to truly develop. You are part of an enthusiastic team that supports each other, seeks excellence, and works together to achieve results. In the end, working at OXXO means being close, making things happen, and having fun along the way.
