About Owen Thomas | B Corp™

We are a relationship-driven recruitment partner, specialising in Software Engineering across Contract and Permanent roles in the UK & Europe. But we’d like to think there’s a little more to us than that. We're a B Corp and have pledged a commitment to 1% Of All Sales. Our mission is to go beyond recruitment and actively improve the world around us. Our community is the reason we love what we do and we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive one. For us, fostering diversity is not a blanket approach or a buzzword; it is a nuanced practice that requires a commitment to empathy, transparency and authenticity. It involves understanding and valuing the unique perspectives and experiences that each individual brings to the table. We make a meaningful impact by genuinely caring for the people we represent and the careers we help shape. While we do not claim to change the world, we will do our very best to leave it in a better place than we found it. we do claim to make the best cup of tea. Part of the OT Group.
