About OurCoop Little Pioneers

At Little Pioneers, we know it takes talented, dedicated people to look after children. Which is why we nurture our colleagues as well as the next generation. By supporting the individual needs of each member of our team, we make sure they’re always developing and learning. Whether it’s your first job, you’re looking for a new role or you’re coming back to childcare – at whatever level or ability, we help our educators build genuine careers by inspiring them to achieve their ambitions. Our roles come with a fantastic and unique set of benefits which really make a difference, like discounted food bills, childcare and holidays.
