We aim to contribute effectively to achieving the Kingdom's ambitious Vision 2030 and its great goals, as real estate represents a vital artery that enhances the land's development, serving as a meeting point where life intersects with spaces, innovation blends with tradition, and neighborhoods pulsate with life. 2022 was a year of real estate growth for OSUS; we delivered 11 residential and commercial projects with a total land area of 51,000 square meters and a built-up area exceeding 130,000 square meters. Our current projects' portfolio size exceeds SAR 4 billion, with more than 25 projects in diverse sectors covering a total land area of 700,000 square meters and a built-up area of over 750,000 square meters.
